AMI WEISIGER - PRESIDENT
Hello TMS PTA- I’m Ami Weisiger; we have been blessed to be a part of Tabb for two years now. I have a 9th grader at THS and a 7th grader here at TMS with a 5th grader so ready to enter middle school next year! We are a military family and like many my kids have been to 6 schools and 7 states. In that time I have subbed, began a PTO for an elementary school in Florida, and volunteered for many fundraising organizations. I really look forward to giving back and becoming part of team Tabb. We love that TMS is more than just a school it’s a family and I hope you’ll join us next school year in our post COVID PTA adventures!
JESSICA RATCLIFF – VICE PRESIDENT
My name is Jessica Ratcliff. My daughter, Ryann, will be in 7th grade next year. I will also have a 3rd grader at Mt Vernon, and I will be recording secretary for the MVES PTA. I myself attended TMS, and graduated from Tabb High School.
CARRIE WICK - TREASURER
My name is Carrie Wick and my family and I are moving to Yorktown this summer from Jamestown, RI. We are an Air Force family and are looking forward to getting there and being a part of the Tabb schools. We will have Connor in 8th grade at TMS, Abby in 5th grade and Harper in Kindergarten at Tabb Elementary. I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a B.S. in Business Administration (2003) majoring in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy (2004) with a concentration in Taxation. After graduation I worked in public accounting until 2008 when Connor was born. I completed my CPA exam, becoming a licensed CPA in Virginia in 2010, and ran my own tax business through 2016. Since then I have been a stay-at-home mom and supported my husband through his Air Force career. With my youngest starting school in the fall I am excited to have more time to volunteer with the kids’ schools.
BRANDY HOWELL - SECRETARY
A native of Hampton Roads, Brandy Howell is mom to a rising 7th grader at TMS and 5th grader at MVES. Brandy works as a Trainer and Instructional Designer for California-based Harrington Industrial Plastics. In her free time, she enjoys working on remodeling projects at home and planning new adventures & trips for the family. Brandy was actively involved with the MVES PTA for several years and looks forward to serving the TMS PTA as Secretary.
